Description

This festive American Flag No-Bake Cheesecake features a classic graham cracker crust and a silky smooth cream cheese filling that sets perfectly without an oven. Adorned with vibrant blueberry and cherry toppings in a patriotic design, it is an effortless and impressive centerpiece for any summer celebration.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 24 oz (3 blocks) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
  • 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • White edible star sprinkles


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 13×9-inch pan to create an even crust.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, then spread it evenly over the crust.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours, or ideally overnight, until firm.
  6. Before serving, use a toothpick to lightly trace the flag design. Fill the top-left corner with blueberry pie filling and create alternating red stripes with the cherry pie filling. Top the blueberries with edible star sprinkles.

Notes

For the best results, ensure your heavy cream is very cold before whipping to help it reach stiff peaks quickly. If you want cleaner slices, try freezing the cake for about 30 minutes before cutting. Always wipe your knife clean between cuts to keep the white filling and red stripes distinct and beautiful.
